Terms of Service

Thank you for considering me for art commissions! Below are my terms of service.1: Payment terms:100% up front is preferred. A minimum of 50% of the total commission price is due before any work begins. The rest will be due once final lineart progress photos are provided.PayPal Only.2: Deadlines:I do this as a hobby on the side; I estimate my current delivery dates to be around 2 weeks to 1 month depending on slot position.A commission scheduled in mid-August will be delivered at the end of August to mid-September, depending on the queue. Any delays will be clearly communicated to you, the customer.Commissions will be added to my queue. Currently, 2/5 are taken. The first from this batch will be 3/5.3: My Deliverables to you:Three lineart revisions without extra charges. After this, each revision will cost USD $5. The same "three changes" policy applies during the "shading" phase of the project.Significant changes to vehicles will cost extra, due to the time involved.You will receive weekly updates on the status of your commission once a deposit is paid. This may be a queue update, or more frequent WIP photos as the project begins.4: Your deliverables:- Prompt payment. I can give a one-week grace period for payments before your allocation is dropped. Please stay in contact and update me. Lineart will be submitted if 50% is paid for.- Communication. I will try my best to match your vision. Sometimes, commission details are lost in text communication. One of the greatest helps when making a commission is reference images or simple sketches that match your idea. This is not critical, but it helps both of us gain an understanding of the final product.- Usage. The advertised prices are for personal use only. You can share, use, post, etc the artwork, but any commercial intent must be disclosed and price/terms agreed upon.
