Terms of Service

Thank you for considering me for art commissions! Below are my terms of service.1: Payment terms:100% up front is preferred. A minimum of 50% of the total commission price is due before any work begins. The rest will be due once final lineart progress photos are provided.Slot positions are allocated based on date of down payment.PayPal Only.2: Deadlines:I do this as a hobby on the side; I estimate my current delivery dates to be around 2 weeks to 1 month depending on slot position.A commission scheduled in late August will be delivered in September through early October depending on queue position. Any delays will be clearly communicated to you, the customer.Commissions will be added to my queue. Currently, 2/6 are taken. The first from this batch will be 3/6.3: My Deliverables to you:Three lineart revisions without extra charges. After this, each revision will cost USD $5. The same "three changes" policy applies during the "shading" phase of the project.Significant changes to vehicles, not due to me missing details will cost extra, due to the time involved.You will receive weekly updates on the status of your commission once a deposit is paid. This may be a queue update, or more frequent WIP photos as the project begins.4: Your deliverables:- Prompt payment. I allow up to a one week grace period for payments before your allocation is dropped. Work does not start until payments are made. Please stay in contact and update if complications arise. Lineart will be submitted if only 50% is paid for. Your commission slot may be moved back if payments are late.- Communication. I will try my best to match your vision. Sometimes, commission details are lost in text communication. One of the greatest helps when making a commission is reference images or simple sketches that match your idea. This is not critical, but it helps both of us gain an understanding of the final product and reduces revisions.- Usage. The advertised prices are for personal use only. You can share, use, post, etc the artwork, but any commercial intent must be disclosed and price/terms agreed upon.
